The role of the Human Resources Department within the Institute will be to regulate all matters pertaining to hiring, training, discharge, policy enforcement, and internal member management & support.


Central HR Officers will be working with the CHRO and C-suit leaders. In this capacity, you will have a large amount of freedom and lateral to make decisions. You will effectively be ensuring the systems that propel the organization runs smoothly. This can include database management, conflict resolution, onboarding/termination/hiring procedures, SOP compliance, event/workshop coordination, and even soft skill training.
