Paul Kramer

Prior to founding and running the Institute, Kramer served in numerous senior leadership positions across party lines in national campaigns in both 2020 and 2022. As Kramer served in these positions, he founded a design agency - Next Phase Labs - and began a number of part-time gigs doing both program and CSR consulting for a number of Venture Capital and NPOs. Today, he continues to manage the design agency, works part-time as the Director of Special Projects and the Center for Collaborative Democracy, and is engaged in a research capacity at multiple centers at Vanderbilt.
